Keto Coffee Recipe

Benefits of keto coffee: Enjoy a delicious frothy cup of coffee while ramping up your metabolism. Decrease hunger, increase energy and increase mental clarity.


1 cup organic coffee
1 tbsp grass-fed butter
1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
5 drops liquid stevia (optional)


If you are new to drinking this start with less coconut oil/MCT oil. Until you get used to it the coconut oil can cause what’s known as “disaster pants.”
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until frothy. Use caution when blending as hot liquids tend to splash out if you are not careful. Enjoy!
